Great place to stay in Ashland, just south of downtown, right near the Safeway. Very comfortable house. One of the most comfortable mattresses we've encountered at an AirBNB and one of the best kitchens.

Perfect location. The cleanest house. Outside was a great size yard. Well stocked amenities. We had a lovely time. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this house to anybody that wants to explore Ashland.

Haley’s place was perfect for our Thanksgiving week in Ashland. The house was really comfortable and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. Pots and pans, dishes and glassware were ample and there were even some basic cooking staples. The dedicated off-street parking was a plus as was the large washer/dryer.
The house is situated very close to town and we walked everywhere for food, shopping, coffee and meandered down to walk through Lithia park a few times. There’s a grocery store a quick hop out the back door! We couldn’t have asked for a better location.
Highly recommend Haley’s place and will likely stay again!

Wonderful location for discovering Ashland. The house was beautifully furnished and equipped, making our stay most enjoyable.
Our host, Haley, maintained an open line of communication with us and was ready to answer all questions. For future visits we would definitely consider this location.

Got in late (after 4 so missed the tasting event - free to us as guests!) but one of the owner's family members came by after we were moved in and invited us up to the (closed) tasting room for an impromptu after hours tasting and tour. It is a great location with lots of walkabe property, a very quiet room and only minutes from downtown Ashland. This will be our go-to spot for any future visits. They made us and our pets feel very much at home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. It’s enchantingly serene, the property is immense with walking trails everywhere, the on-site hosts, Virginia and Al, are incredibly welcoming and exceedingly kind. They are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. We were greeted by them on arrival with some wine and chocolate for the holiday. We enjoyed the stars every night we were there and the space itself is absolutely beautiful. It is the definition of “home away from home” and I hope I get to visit again someday!

We also got to meet the Grizzly Peak Winery owners, Virginia and Al who welcomed us and shared suggestions of restaurants a d side trips all which we took their advice. The Cottage had all the amenities you need and its location is private and peaceful.
