This two story cottage features a king bedroom suite with full bathroom and stackable washer & dryer upstairs, and queen sleeper sofa downstairs with an additional half bath. Please note there is no door to the upstairs bedroom. There is also a TV and a dining / desk area in main living area. There is a full kitchen with everything you need. Casa Amore Cottage has private covered parking, a covered front porch to have your coffee on and a balcony with mountain views. Some of Ashland’s best restaurants and coffee shops are just a short walk away. The Plaza, Lithia Park and the downtown shopping area is the perfect pedestrian friendly spot for exploring. We kindly ask you to read our house rules and keep them in mind during your stay: 1. Please help us be good neighbors by taking note of the Ashland city quiet hours, which are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. 3. PETS: Pets are not allowed in the backyard, which belongs to the front house. PARKING Guest parking is in the carport next to the cottage in the back alley. Only one vehicle is allowed in the carport. If you happen to drive a large vehicle, you will need to park on the street out in front of the house.

Wonderful place! Quiet, comfortable, roomy for the two of us. In a beautiful neighborhood near all the places we visited in Ashland -- restaurants, parks, shops, grocery stores. We ended up walking everywhere! Would definitely stay here again!

Haley replied immediately after our booking inquiry. She answered all questions, cleared up some confusion on my end, was friendly, welcoming and gave clear instructions on every detail. I was a little disappointed at most of the kitchen lights being out, we like to cook and it was a challenge with almost no light in the workspace. But aside from this minor inconvenience, I can accurately describe our stay as perfection! I hope we can stay again in the future.
