This historic cottage in the Ashland Railroad District offers one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms and will accommodate up to four guests. The kitchen has been remodeled and this darling cottage is walking distance to downtown Ashland. Welcome to Casa Amore Cottage in the heart of Ashland's Historic Railroad District. Stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and the world famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival from this eclectic neighborhood of vintage 1800's homes, businesses and cottages. This two story cottage features a king bedroom suite with full bathroom and stackable washer & dryer upstairs, and queen sleeper sofa downstairs with an additional half bath. Please note there is no door to the upstairs bedroom. There is also a TV and a dining / desk area in main living area. There is a full kitchen with everything you need. Casa Amore Cottage has private covered parking, a covered front porch to have your coffee on and a balcony with mountain views. Some of Ashland’s best restaurants and coffee shops are just a short walk away. The Plaza, Lithia Park and the downtown shopping area is the perfect pedestrian friendly spot for exploring. If you’re in town for the Holidays, Ashland celebrates with festive Winter lighting, bright star filled nights and fresh roasted coffees.

We kindly ask you to read our house rules and keep them in mind during your stay: 1. Please help us be good neighbors by taking note of the Ashland city quiet hours, which are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. 3. PETS: Pets are not allowed in the backyard, which belongs to the front house. PARKING Guest parking is in the carport next to the cottage in the back alley. Only one vehicle is allowed in the carport. If you happen to drive a large vehicle, you will need to park on the street out in front of the house.

Fantastic location just a few blocks from downtown restaurants and Shakespeare festival theaters. Great home base for exploring the city on foot. Fully equipped home and comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood was nice on warm night with windows open. Upper floor bedroom is very bright in the morning so if you want to sleep much past sunrise on a summer visit, bring an eye mask. Very grateful my wife packed ours!

We had a wonderful stay here in Ashland and appreciated how clean and light-filled the space was. Very peaceful and an excellent location with easy access to downtown Ashland. Great communication with the host made for a stress-free experience! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect little cottage for us and it was very comfortable and roomy for two of us. Loved this location, the quiet neighborhood and walk ability to town. Haley was there if we needed her and communication was great. We really appreciated the cleanliness and that they don’t use toxic cleaning products. There was no chemical smell at all, on the linens, towels or anywhere….thank you for that!! We would highly recommend this charming cottage and hope to stay there again on our next visit to Ashland.

We stayed at Casa Amore for 5 nights. It was perfect in every way. Exactly as advertised - private, squeaky clean, all the amenities (including washer/dryer & dishwasher), easy walking distance to parks, theaters, shopping and restaurants. Haley was always promptly responsive without being intrusive. Highly recommend - can't imagine how it could be improved.

Haley is a great host and has a great place to match. The floor plan is roomy, the place is nicely apportioned and super clean with great amenities like a full kitchen and 1.5 baths, a private parking space and in a great neighborhood walking distance to OSF and great restaurants. We really enjoyed staying at Casa Amore Cottage and will definitely try to stay here on our next visit to Ashland.

My husband, pup and I had a fantastic stay at Haley's. We booked two nights and were very happy with the location and the place itself. Haley was a communicative host and her place is super comfortable. We appreciated not only the comfort of the space but also the quiet. I also like that pets are allowed and that there are even pet amenities like food bowls and towels. I look forward to staying again and the next time, hopefully for longer!

The home was lovely—clean, bright and comfortable. The bed was comfy too! Bathrooms were well equipped. And it was great having a washer/dryer as we were there for a week. Yes, as others said, the WiFi wasn’t always the best and it was very bright in the bedroom, but we didn’t mind that at all. A few minor things: would’ve loved to have a toaster and one more pot and pan, and maybe a dish drainer. Also there isn’t a dresser in the bedroom, but plenty of storage space in closet. Haley was always responsive to our needs. And the location was perfect—close to both the co-op and Safeway, within easy walking distance to downtown, and literally a block away from the railroad district. We’d definitely come back to this location!

We had a great stay at Anne's. The guest house is private and quiet and surrounded by a lovely garden. The neighborhood is very walkable - we walked to a bakery in the morning and enjoyed the views and exploring the area by foot. We appreciated all the little touches like the labels on every light switch. Never had to guess! Thank you, Anne.
