This was a perfect house for my wife and I to stay at while relocating from Idaho. At the end of dead end street, so very private and secure. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen stocked up. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice and the backyard and garage was a bonus. Highly recommend staying here as the host and property is exactly what was described.

Haley’s place was perfect for our Thanksgiving week in Ashland. The house was really comfortable and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. Pots and pans, dishes and glassware were ample and there were even some basic cooking staples. The dedicated off-street parking was a plus as was the large washer/dryer. The house is situated very close to town and we walked everywhere for food, shopping, coffee and meandered down to walk through Lithia park a few times. There’s a grocery store a quick hop out the back door! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Highly recommend Haley’s place and will likely stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The pet friendly garden cottage suite is centrally located in Ashland’s railroad district, allowing for walkable eats, shopping and theatre. I highly recommend the Garden Cottage Suite.

Wonderful location for discovering Ashland. The house was beautifully furnished and equipped, making our stay most enjoyable. Our host, Haley, maintained an open line of communication with us and was ready to answer all questions. For future visits we would definitely consider this location.

We have stayed in this cottage many times. It is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Excellent location to Lithia Park, OSF and the coop. The porch is an extra wonderful addition.

The place was amazing, clean, plenty of parking, and overall wonderful! Perfect location - everything in Ashland is pretty much an 8 minute walk away. We would definitely stay there again!

A true home away from home! There are fine touches throughout the house. Thank you Haley! Strolling to OSF theaters was a treat! We saw a total of 7 shows and each short walk back and forth was delightful. We will be back.

Haley replied immediately after our booking inquiry. She answered all questions, cleared up some confusion on my end, was friendly, welcoming and gave clear instructions on every detail. I was a little disappointed at most of the kitchen lights being out, we like to cook and it was a challenge with almost no light in the workspace. But aside from this minor inconvenience, I can accurately describe our stay as perfection! I hope we can stay again in the future.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. They have a very nice BBQ that we cooked dinner on before going to our concert at the Britt. We took an Uber to the concert and back and the Uber had no problems finding us. Very cool to see deer walking around outside of the house. What a perfectly located Airbnb!

The rental was beautiful and very comfortable. Convenient location for walking to shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Thank goodness the air conditioning was so good because it was 104 degrees when we arrived! Note to owner: a few burned out lights in kitchen. Note to other renters: Shades in bedroom are almost translucent so the room lights up as soon as the sun comes up. Also, bring coffee supplies with you (no creamer or sugar). Thanks for a wonderful rental experience. We will definitely be back again.
